Helpdesk

Coreware operate an office-hours (9am-5pm Monday-Friday) helpdesk for our customers. The helpdesk is your first port of call for general support requests, help and assistance.

The helpdesk operate a ticketing system which will allow you to track the progress of your request via our customer support website.

We have now added a help-desk plugin to WordPress, to allow customers with WordPress sites to raise a ticket via the Dashboard.
