Head of Development

Great opportunity for an individual with technical and people skills to lead and develop our software engineering team. Suitable candidates will have the following skills:

  • strong software engineering experience covering all stages of the SDLC
  • proven ability to lead teams and mentor individuals
  • experience of Perl/LAMP would be highly beneficial

Your time will be split evenly between working on software projects and managing a team of four developers. You will report to the managing director and work closely with the project management and operations teams.

You will be based in our offices in Surrey.

Salary £42K + benefits.
