The most important aspect of ContentCore was the ability to allow anyone within the charity to easily and readily update the content. This is particularly important for a small charity as funding is always stretched and part-time or unpaid work is common. It will make it easier to keep the site up to date once the initial building is complete.

Limb Loss Information Centre

Provides amputees, individuals with congenital limb absence, friends, family, carers and healthcare professionals with a central information resource on becoming an amputee.

70% of amputees are over the age of 65 and often have pre-existing conditions which affect their visual ability. To allow the greatest number of people to access and use the site five presentations are available, each meeting specific accessibility objectives. All presentations are generated from a single content database using ContentCore.
